Summary:

A university from Poland developed a prototype installation for manufacturing zeolites from waste substances (fly ashes- waste from power stations and combined heat and power plants) . Such zeolites are made from waste substances and can be used in order to absorb oil spills, etc. The university would like to find a partner to sign technical cooperation agreement, on the basis of which a new, industrial grade installation for manufacturing zeolites would be built.

Details:

Polish university developed a production line for manufacturing zeolites. It is comprised of a reactor, several tanks, conveyors, and a water supply system. Thanks to the installation, it is possible to obtain different mixtures of zeolite minerals. Zeolites, which are the final product, can be used to cleanse, absorb and neutralise dangerous materials. For example zeolite sorbents can be used to absorb oil, coolant and other liquids which spill onto the road after a car accident.

The university would like to sign a technical cooperation agreement with an industrial partner to build a new, industrial grade installation based on the prototype.
